J. PETERMAN CATALOGUE ADVERTISING THE COSTUME (1997)

This costume was advertised on Page 53 of the J. Peterman Gift Book #1 circulated in 1997. The costume is listed as Item No. GB17117 and described as “The outfit of Jack Dawson, a certain 3rd-class passenger and artist, travelling aboard a doomed ship. Leonardo DiCaprio is Dawson”. The costume is accompanied by an authentic Certificate of Authenticity by 20th Century Fox Films. It was originally sold for $9,000 USD, but is worth infinitely more than that now. Its collector value increases daily.
